Always on site, always available, always communicated, and always ready to troubleshoot the problems that pop up during an ambitious project. Our project was very technical with sedation, anesthesia, specialized dental needs, and unique decor. We opened on time and on budget with very minimal stress.

Building an entirely new office was a significant undertaking. [So,] choosing the right contractor was extremely important to us. [BNK] has been exceptional to work with —professional, organized, responsive, and remarkably accessible. Communication has been excellent. BNK was patient with my back-and-forth ideas, turning them into a working drawing. Dealing with government regulation is very onerous and overwhelming, but when dealing with minor variances and building permits BNK was calm, methodical, and confident in obtaining the required paperwork. During the whole construction process, you were very flexible when and how I needed, bringing great balance between practical real-world solutions, while knowing and maintaining the required construction codes and techniques. The end result is a completed barn and apartment combination that is exactly what we hoped for.

What really stood out was BNK’s ability to anticipate problems before they became major issues, develop practical solutions, and implement changes without disrupting the overall project. They were often dealing with challenges behind the scenes that most people never even knew existed, because they handled them efficiently and kept the project moving. Their project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate all aspects of a commercial construction project made a significant difference to the success of our build.
